The portions are huge, the drinks are pricey, and service is excellent. Including cocktails, two glasses of wine, Cesar Salad, Lobster Mashed Potatoes, Rack of Lamb, Petite Filet, and a double expresso. The check with tip came to $277. This is far more than I have ever paid at Mortons or Ruth Chris, but it is also one of the best racks of lamb I have had, and my girlfriend raved about her Filet. The wine was excellent, and the Lobster Mashed Potatoes were plentiful and decadent.
For that special Anniversary, or Special Birthday, this is the place if you are a meat eater.
If you are a large family then plan on taking out a second mortgage on the house to pay for the meal, but you will not go home hungry!
As soon as I save up enough money, I will venture back again, in the meantime, back to Mortons.
Dining tip- If you do not consume alcoholic beverages, you can probably get out the door for about $75/person. Based on the large portions, it is not that expensive compared to other similar venues.
