I arrived late in the evening and had been traveling with a broken hand. The front desk was extremely helpful and made it easy for me to get checked in. I was really grateful for this kindness. The room was great, the hotel quiet, and convenient to many places to eat in a plaza right next door. The location was also really convenient to my customer location. I will be back.

Front desk very welcoming and friendly, always helpful. Room was good size with fridge and microwave. They have a small bistro so you wont find complimentary coffee or breakfast. Really nice size lobby area with plenty of sitting areas to accommodate groups of people sitting together. We had group of over 30 and found places to sit and even bring in food to gather around when bistro was not open. Adults could byob and enjoy areas, close to multiple places to eat with variety of pricing. Would like to have seen housekeeping earlier in day as went out and came back but room was not done yet. Elevators quick which is nice if you every felt like you waited at some hotels for the lift.

Booked this hotel because of its price and reviews - had been driving PCH all day and need a good night's rest. It did not disappoint. Huge room, clean, modern, friendly staff. Would have been a great hotel for a longer stay. Lucked into finding this one and glad I did.

Stayed here for a week while my daughter was attending swim camp at Cal Lutheran University. The hotel looks a little older from the outside but recent remodel has the inside looking brand new. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Small courtyard pool is a quiet spot to hang out in the sun. The hotel does not offer free breakfast but there's a great breakfast spot (Pickles) & Starbucks within walking distance as well as a couple groceries stores close by. The rooms have microwaves and fridges. There is a Starbucks type spot in the hotel lobby. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Easy drive to Cal Lutheran, Ronald Reagan Library and shopping.

One of the few hotels that has two king beds in one room. It was roomy, clean, comfortable. Loved that! This is a bit far from tourist activities, much further drive than appears on a map, about 45 minutes without traffic, but it's in a nice suburban area. Felt safe, chili's shares the parking lot so that was convenient when we arrived late and needed a place to eat. They were open until 1130pm. If breakfast is included in your rate, please note it's not a buffet, you pick off a menu one drink, and one hot item or two cold items. Friendly service. Probably would only stay here again if two king beds were important again, otherwise would choose someplace closer to Burbank.
