Parking is pretty limited, but it is a beautiful place and I try to make it over here for a picnic every few months or so.

The Gardens of the World is a small garden that is well maintained with a koi pond, rose garden, picnic area and more. It is a nice place to bring your lunch to get away from work for an hour.

This Gardens of the World is a free attraction that is definitely worth a visit.

The gardens are located on a hillside and parking is available at the top of the driveway or on the street (Thousand Oaks Blvd). The gardens feature plants from around the world and they have a variety of types of gardens (Japanese, California Mission, etc). The Gardens are not very large and can easily be walked in 30-45 minutes.

On the day we visited, a volunteer there provided my 7 yr old free food to feed the fish in the Koi Pond. He loved it!
