The manager Chris is outstanding, room is large, comfortable and anything I needed Chris and his staff have made sure I have been well cared for. Chris patrols the grounds everyday and night before he goes home. Breakfest is good, maid service is excellent.
The only thing negative we need fitted sheets for beds, using flat sheets, which pull down when sleeping ,other than that no issues, I rate this hotel as a scale of 1-5 a solid (4) only because its an older hotel and needs some up grading.
Didn't actually stay here. Bailed after waiting at front desk for several minutes - rang bell (I hate that) - even called phone number on the Mgr's business card which I found on the counter. Albeit, no response and for the third time this week, We were more than disappointed with a Wyndham Rewards property. Three stars is highly overrated when you can't get by the front desk. BTW, there was one car in the parking area! Went into the restaurant at 12;15 pm and there was one table occupied.
Scary to think about the overnight experience.
To rub salt into our wounds, we were using Wyndham Reward points and after 45 minutes on the phone, they refunded our minutes and then could not find another place for 3 nights in Santa Fe - the Days Inn is their only property in this vacation city with motels everywhere.
