All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were newly decorated which included flat screen televisions. Location was good for us, since we went to Albuquerque a few times. The Inn is conveniently located to the highway between Santa Fe and Albuquerque, and is about 15 minutes from downtown Santa Fe.
A car is a must. It is recommended however, that you fill up your car with gas before returning it. AVIS gouged us $87.97 for filling up a vehicle that would normally cost $25.00 at the most. There are no gas stations close to the Albuquerque rental car depot, so you must plan this in advance. AVIS did not tell us this in advance.
The only complaint about the INN was the breakfast was somewhat redundant. We stayed there for a week, and it was basically the same menu every day, with limited variation. A suggestion would be some fresh fruit, yogurt, bran cereals and perhaps waffles.
