The Inn at Loretto has the unique Santa Fe qualities in furnishings and architecture. The friendly Santa Fe spirit and service is seen throughout. A very special location, just steps to the square and great shopping and restaurants. Views of the mountains to die for and don't forget the serene patio restaurant to have a quiet breakfast out doors or the serene pool. In a nice, safe neighborhood. I can hardly wait to go back. I have been visiting once or twice a year for the last 15 years and it is outstanding. The lobby, bar, patio, and pool area are Santa Fe all the way. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and a great escape from all the fun acitivities in Santa Fe and northern New Mexico. The food is delicious and the patio is one of the prettiest in Santa Fe. The customer service is excellent and all staff are at the ready to assist customers in any way. The hotel is in a very convenient location both to the square and to Canyon Road. You can walk to everything downtown wihtout even needing a car. If you want a great vacation in Santa Fe stay at the Inn and Spa at Loretto. A real treat!

Inn and Spa at Loretto strives to provide the best in service. I was checking in with a group several hours before check in. For those of us not lucky enough to get right into a room, the front desk staff offered to call guests when their rooms were ready.
The room I had was nicely appointed - comfortable bed, flat screen television, Bose alarm clock, spa robes (and slippers) in the closet, desk, and comfy arm chair.
The location, next door to the famed Loretto Chapel and minutes from the main square, was perfect. The public spaces of the hotel are charming and comfortable. My group was treated to two outside meals and another, that was supposed to be outside but was compromised by storm clouds, was quickly moved indoors with barely any problem.
If you visit Santa Fe, but don't have the opportunity to stay at the Inn, I highly recommend evening drinks (and reverse happy hour) in the Living Room. Friday and Saturday nights' featured artist is AMAZING. The drinks I sampled were good; didn't try the food.
I missed Luminaria (onsite restaurant) and the spa. Aside from this, I recommend the Inn for a leisure weekend or group conference.
My only complaint: the closet was inside the bathroom, right behind the door. It made it difficult to 'use' the closet because the doors butted up against each other.

Room Tip: Being a repeat guest helps.

Our family of five absolutely loved our stay at the Inn and Spa at Loretto. We stayed in room adjoining rooms that opened into a common sitting/tv area. The space was great and the room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The cost of the rooms was extremely reasonable, and the location of the hotel in relation to the Plaza was terrific. I recommend this hotel to anyone (children or no children).

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn at Loretto. The room was spacious enough for me, my husband and our 2 college aged children. We had a little sitting area separate from the beds which was comprised of a couch, coffee table and 2 chairs. It really helped with space, otherwise it would've been really cramped! Our double windows opened out onto the rooftop of the first floor and overlooked the side of the Loretto Chapel. We could watch the shoppers along the street and enjoy the night air. The bathroom had a large, updated sink with extra vanity space provided by the 2 glass shelves to its side. But the BEST thing were the BEDS!!! Super comfortable!! Cushiony soft, not the worn, sinking soft. Linens and pillows were great also. There was a large 2 door console with a flat-screen tv on it. Inside were the coffee maker, cups, coffee, and mini fridge which held drinks of all sorts for a fee.
Hotel clerks, concierge, and staff were all friendly and helpful. This hotel was closer to the Plaza and in the mix of things than I had orignally thought. I imagined it to be a little more secluded... but it didn't really detract from our stay. Easy walking distance to everything. The restaurant has had many good reviews... we didn't try it as the prices were a bit too high for our liking.

I am pleased to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay at the Inn and Spa at Loretto. We strive to create a luxurious experience and love the fact that you enjoyed the “super comfortable” beds. We believe while vacationing, our guests must feel pampered, but have a sense of home as well. With that said, if you visit Santa Fe again, please dine with us at Luminaria; Chef Matt Ostrander has created a three course prix fixe (fixed price) menu. This is a wonderful chance for guests to indulge in incredible cuisine. Thanks again.
