Everyone we met in Santa Fe told us this was one of the best hotels. It was nice, but not great. Our room had no view, but I'm not sure any of the rooms did. One big plus was that the bed was very soft and comfortable.

My wife and I celebrated out 10th anniversary here and glad we picked this spot. You can't beat the location as it is within walking distance to shopping, historic sites, O'Keefe museum, and much more. The service is outstanding from the valet parkers to the spa staff. The menu was amazing in their restaurant and I would recommend the pecan waffles with pumpkin butter-it was Thanksgiving all over again.

We spent a long weekend in Santa Fe at the Inn and Spa at Loretto. The staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed listening to live music in the evening and enjoyed a drink by the fireplace - great atmosphere. We loved sitting out on the balcony taking in the beautiful views of Santa Fe. We had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it!

Thank you so much for your response. The Living Room is such a great place to relax, have a cocktail, listen to music and people watch. We're so glad you enjoyed it. The views from the balconies are just breathtaking. We hope to see you again soon!

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we felt at home and very welcomed. Our room was on the 4th floor looking east with a small balcony. The sunrise over the mountains was spectacular.

Bed was big and comfortable, the 'fireplace' with candlelight was romantic, and the overall feel for the room was great.

The only thing I would complain about was the price of breakfast for 2. Besides that, we really can't complain about the place. If we go back to Santa Fe, we are staying here!

The Inn & Spa at Loretto is a gorgeous, gracious, older hotel. (+) Our room was large and had a balcony overlooking the Santa Fe river (such as it is). (-) There were no dressers in the room for stashing away clothing; we had to live out of our suitcases. (-) The kiva "fireplace" is lit by a candle, so don't anticipate a cozy fire in your room. (+) However, you may go to the bar area, where you can enjoy a cocktail, a roaring fireplace and very comfortable chairs. The hotel features many small boutiques within its walls, and more shopping awaits when you exit onto the street. It is located less than 2 blocks from the Square, where "everyone" goes to shop. You can walk to the art galleries on Canyon Rd as well. The Spa at Loretto deserves kudos. Guests at the hotel can don a robe and take a private elevator directly to the spa for massage and other treatments. I enjoyed a very professional, therapeutic massage and wandered in a happy daze back to my room to relax.

Rooms are ok, not so spacious, you get full beds instead of queen beds when asking for a double room, noisy early in the morning.
