The perfect location. Just a short walk to the heart of town.
The staff spoiled us daily with their hospitality from dawn to dusk.
Always a smile, always accommodating. Can't wait to go back!!

Room Tip: Every room is unique and quiet. The bed was heaven

We have stayed here on a couple of other trips to Santa Fe and have been very happy with the hotel. This trip was taken with some friends who were visiting. We were able to get two rooms next to each other. Each room had a very comfortable King bed, ours had a kiva fireplace. The courtyard we shared was beautiful, with rose bushes in full bloom just outside our door. We hung out in the courtyard area, having a cocktail with our friends, and it was just great. The staff here is friendly and attentive and the breakfast is wonderful. It's very quiet yet just a few blocks from the Plaza - an extremely well-located hotel. The wi-fi access was good.

Our friends loved it and we think it contributed to what was a wonderful experience in Santa Fe, their first. We see no reason why we should ever stay anywhere else - this has become "our" Santa Fe hotel.

P.S. I rarely, if ever, give a 5 star rating - that is reserved for something extraordinary! If I could give this one 4 1/2 stars, I would.

Las Palomas is really a bed and breakfast - the staff is great, the coffee (espresso included) and breakfast is extremely good and the hotel is pretty good for dogs (they provided bags, a toy, and treats upon arrival and the fee is only $20). The pictures are not of the Tiendas at Las Palomas (#55 is much smaller and more quaint than the pictures on Expedia and tripadvisor depict and the bed is a little creaky and not fabulous), but we got the least expensive available room. It's clean and cute and walking distance to plaza.

My husband and I have stayed in Santa Fe many times. This time we shared a 2 bedroom suite at Las Palomas-Zona Rosa with friends and we all fell in love with it!
The staff was very friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. The suite was filled with charm!
Cozy, very clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, the kitchen was great and equipped with everything we needed. We walked to the Plaza each day. and then in the evenings we walked across the street to Vanessies and listened to music . The made to order breakfast omelettes were wonderful as were the baked goods and fresh fruit each morning.

We would stay here time and time again.

Las Palomas was a pleasant surprise and a highlight of the trip! It is located within walking distance to the Plaza and has a European feel. The rooms are decorated nicely with amities that are appreciated and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and ensure your stay is enjoyable. Breakfast is NOT donut holes and fake scrambled eggs; but a wonderful surprise of cooked to order eggs, waffles, cereals, juice, heavenly coffee and more. You can easily skip lunch after enjoying this breakfast. There are fresh baked cookies in the lobby for guests to enjoy as well. Wireless Internet and Parking are included in the price of the room. Each room is tastefully decorated, CLEAN, and comfortable. There are places to sit outside and enjoy the Santa Fe sun. I highly recommend Las Palomas and will stay there again in the future!

Planning to get back next year !! We sleep in a king size bed so felt right at home. the kiva fire place was great and they provided the starter & wood every day. The kitchen had every thing you would need. the room was off a small patio with other rooms all around but it felt like you were alone when the door was closed. we never heard anyone.I appreciated the thick bath robes they supplied. I loved the totem poles around the property & the sitting places. The staff was great & they even had a guy strumming a guitar in the main lobby during breakfast. Free warm cookies at the front desk and a great breakfast that will not leave you going hungry. The walk to the plaza was about 3 blocks , not bad (: we will be going back !!

I had my heart set on a casita with a fireplace for our one night in Santa Fe and we got it at Las Palomas. It's made up of a bunch of little houses and casitas on the same quiet street about 5 minutes from the square - away from the tourists, it's tucked away and makes you feel like a local. It was a little bare bones but clean and comfy...the fireplace was wonderful and there was plenty of pinon wood they'd set outside your door. It was a full house but we didn't hear a peep! We loved it! Plenty of parking and the breakfast in the morning was yummy! The cappucino was as good as any you'd get from a cafe and the blueberry waffles were very fresh and super fluffy.
