It lived up to its high reputation on Trip Advisor and then went on to exceed it!

Super room, excellent breakfast in a lovely and relaxed dining room. Cherie helped us find everything we wanted and gave us great advice on where to eat. Super place, super welcome, I hope we can return.

We headed to Santa Fe after our balloon ride at the Albuqurque Balloon Fiesta. Never been to this part of the U.S but heard that Santa Fe was a must. Booked El Farolito based on Trip Advisor reviews and that it is a Select Registry member. We have never been disappointed with a Select Registry property and El Farolito did not disappoint! The location was perfect and the staff were professional, knowledgable, friendly & helpful. The room was very clean, roomy and nicely appointed with a kiva fireplace in the corner. I would highly recommend El Farolito if you are planning a trip to Santa Fe.

We so enjoyed our stay at El Farolito which means "little lantern". Our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated complete with adobe fire place and a lovely private patio. The breakfast
was delicious including a fresh fruit plate, baked items and a yummy egg dish. Great coffee - very important! You will also enjoy each carefully selected piece of artwork and décor in the breakfast area. Very close to town and quiet . We definitely will return to this cozy and very pretty B&B.

Up until our arrival, our trip had been plagued by one disaster after another. Staying at El Farolito was like being welcomed into the home of a good friend in the middle of a natural disaster. The accommodations were lovely, the service was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our stay there was the highlight of our entire trip.

Loved our stay at El Farolito. Beautiful surroundings in a quiet setting. We enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms were spotless. Staff was knowledgeable in assisting us with shopping/dining questions. We liked the security system. And the private patio. Great stay for our first time in San Antonio.

The location of the bed and breakfast made the El Farolito a good place to stay. In 10 minutes, you can be downtown close to the Plaza or at the railway yards.

The breakfast was very nice. Good coffee, fresh fruit and baked goods. There is also a hot breakfast item but I didn't try any because they all had meat - no vegetarian options.

We stayed in a room with one of the private patios which was nice but we were on the street front which at times was noisy with traffic depending on the day and hour.

We also learned that the Inn doesn't recycle plastics which was disappointing to learn.

This Inn was even more charming than it looked on the internet. Separate little Adobe houses, some with a private patio and some connected by a shared courtyard. All are beautifully appointed with quality amenities. Breakfast was amazing..fresh fruit... juices...a hot dish and plenty of home baked goodies.
Wayne and Sherie(I believe that was her name) were a wealth of information. Close enough to walk to the square and great coffee shops but far enough away for it to be quiet.
We loved our stay here and should we return to Sante Fe, we would stay here again !
LOVED IT !

Room Tip: We stayed in the Galisteo room...it was a separate little house. Small but had a private patio and a...
