Pantry is a Santa Fe classic. We stopped for breakfast on the way out of town. No line, but then this is the quiet season in town so it was filled with lots of locals. But this place is always up on its game, from the friendly welcome to the good service to the fantastic food. You get great bang for your buck here. The carne adovada with two eggs and potatoes was a steal at $7.99 for a plate brimming with food. For a unique omelet try the chile relleno version - a big relleno stuffed into fluffy eggs and covered with green (or red). Everything was delicious and we were in and out in 45 minutes.
