“Great entertainment and varied menu”
Reviewed August 1, 2013

Caught this location on a Thursday eve while checking Railyard. An interesting collection of restored buildings centered around the Railrunner train service which runs next to the building. Large portions on their sandwiches and too many fries but decently prepared. We ate outside and didn't see our waiter except to take order and check on our meals. Basically a good meal but nothing special. Area seems to attract an occasional panhandler.

“Good Food, Great Music”
Reviewed July 23, 2013

The Second Street Brewery at the Railyard in Santa Fe is a really fun place to be. First off, they brew their own beer, which is a fun tasting experience. The food, mostly Pub Fare, was really good. We ordered the nachos which were abundant and flavorful. The best part is that they have live music. Being a musician myself, I can be somewhat picky, but the two different bands we heard did not disappoint! We ended up staying for their entire gig! I want to go back...right now!!

We loved the band on a Sunday afternoon! The food was better than I expected for bar food with some healthy options for the vegan eater, including no gluten beer! Surprising!

“Great food!”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

We will definitely be returning to the Second Street Brewery! Everything we ordered was delicious! We ate buffalo burgers, the kids had pizza, and we LOVED the farmer's table appetizer (or something like that...it was a sampler.) Our service was great and attentive. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommended.

“Won't be back”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

I was disappointed. The last time we visited, the food was good and we enjoyed the beers, although the service was a bit slow. This time the hostess was, well, snotty. We were uncertain how big our group was to be and asked if we could get a large table. She refused and said they would not seat us until all of our party had arrived. Ok, that was fine the rest could get another table if they came later. We would just take a table for the four of us present. We asked if we could sit at the picnic table on the patio and she said they were not seating the patio right now. There were several tables occupied on the (covered) patio, though it was drizzling on and off. We pointed out the other tables that were occupied and she said they wouldn't seat us out there because it was wet. We said we did not mind, but she said no. We said fine, we would take whatever table she had for four people. We then proceeded to wait and wait and wait. We could see empty tables. We ended up leaving and eating elsewhere.
