“Margaritas.....Margaritas”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 22, 2013

This is a great spot for lunch, not far off the plaza in Santa Fe. We stopped for lunch because of the reputation for margaritas, and we were not disappointed. When you order the basic margaritas (they offer many many versions) you are given a cocktail shaker full of this yummy drink. Large enough to last while you enjoy the juicy burgers and more. They have outdoor seating her, but we chose to stay inside and soak up the pub like atmosphere. Nice lunch!

“Part of the Inn of the Governors' Hotel”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 10, 2013

A very lively place to eat and drink. Very dark wood and publike! I liked that! Nice place to stop for a drink before going up to the room. Or if you're just walking around and stumble upon it. A dinner menu is also available.

“Green Chile Cheeseburgers”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 9, 2013

The burgers were awesome! Good beer and margaritas too. And homemade chips to boot. The atmosphere is definitely bar, and this makes a good change from big restaurant meals out. Connects with the Inn of the Governors so it's an easy pit stop when you are tired from a day touring.

“Busy evening, less than optimal service...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 2, 2013

Happening place on a Friday evening, especially when it's pouring rain. Many patrons in the saloon, patio and interior tables were obviously too much of a good thing for the waiters and service was slow and spotty. Our entrees were delivered in shifts and our margaritas were delivered at the end of the meal, despite them being ordered first. Bar food, overall, was adequate. The poblano entree was fairly good and the wings were nicely spicy. Quesadilla was average. The margarita (their popular house mini-mixer) was so watered down by ice, the tequila was imperceptible. Good place for a light meal and drink, otherwise. I've been here many times and felt this night was an aberration.

“Great little bar”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

Southwestern charm abounds. The margarita's are made fresh with fresh lemon and lime juice. Best I have had in some time. The bar food is very good as well. Great meet up place and great place to chill out.
