Description: TerraCotta Wine Bistro is a smart casual food and wine restaurant located in the historic district of downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico, in a charming 19th century adobe building near the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum. Our unique Santa Fe restaurant features globally -inspired food, wine and beer, utilizing local and regional foods. At TerraCotta Wine Bistro we pride ourselves on using high quality ingredients, in creative combinations that change seasonally. The ambiance is inviting, informal, up-beat, and just plain fun, great for intimate or large gatherings. Best of all, we are moderately priced. TerraCotta's Happy Hour continues all day long, with a large selection of wines by the glass for $6 until 6:00 PM. TerraCotta has the largest selection of wines by the glass in Santa Fe. Our varied menu features sharing plates, salads, paninis, Chef's entrees, and of course yummy desserts. In addition, we offer a $ 30 3 course Prix Fixe menu that changes with Chef's Catherine inspiration.

“Perfect late afternoon lunch”
Reviewed August 17, 2014

We'd seen this spot on our way to the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, and it was a great choice within walking distance. The inside reminded us of some New York restaurants - intimate feel, unusual furniture pieces, warm, inviting bar and eye catching & interesting artwork. In visiting with the owner we learned that she was from New York! A glass of any wine on the menu can be had for $6.00 during the day. It was fun choosing a wine that was a delicious accompaniment to the Feta & Roasted Peppers Panini. It was certainly one of the best paninis I've eaten. Great service as well.

“Hopes dashed”
Reviewed August 10, 2014

based on the reviews we felt this would be the perfect place for a light bite and some wine.... the wine was nice & atmosphere fantastic but the food we did not eat.

The server was fantastic and handled an awkward situation brilliantly. I'm thinking perhaps it as n off night or perhaps e ordered a less popular item.

Based on the other reviews, I'd be inclined to say, try it but stick to the specials.

Wow best meal I have had in Santa Fe after coming for 6 years. We had an awesome time with awesome food and service. All 5 of us loved everything we were served. The plank salmon was one of the best. Bloody Mary steak salad and the flank steak also got rave reviews. The service was wonderful and meeting the chef was such a treat she is a doll. Try the onion rings they are addictive!
