Stopped in to Tia's for a nice breakfast before heading out to explore the gazillions of galleries in Santa Fe. Food was pretty good, but the flour tortilla wasn't cooked properly. It tasted like uncooked flour. Appears to have been heated up in a microwave to soften, but needed to be heated up in a very hot cast iron skillet to bring out the real flavor. The eggs and back inside the tortilla was very good and cooked to our specifications. The sour cream and guacamole "souffle" was really only small containers of each....no souffle as we know souffle! Coffee was hot and fresh. Our waiter, Carl, was a hoot! He has a suitcase full of "blond" jokes, so be ready! Highly recommend Tia's!
