Description: India Palace located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. Is the oldest Indian restaurant in New Mexico, serving Santa Fe since 1990. In 1997, India Palace hired a new chef by the name of Billu to be their head chef. In 1998 he left the restaurant. In the summer of 2013, Billu bought the restaurant and restored the taste and quality of the 1990's. India Palace now has the authentic taste that comes with skilled chefs from India. All spices are imported from India to give you that authentic Indian taste. Come try our food, we will be around for years to come.

Inferior meats, impolite service and elevated prices make this restaurant a less than pleasurable experience.

Generous and spicy delish saag paneer. Veggie options. Staff was friendly. Gets full the later you go during lunch hour. Hit it at 11:30.

The chicken makhani, basmati rice, and naan are all very good. They made the sweet lassi fresh (as in the made the yogurt when I ordered it). The mago custard was also very good.

We walked around historic Santa Fe trying to find a good, affordable meal and we landed on this place! Great tandoori chicken, naan, and vegetable samosas. A good alternative if you are "green chile"-ed out.

Fun place to eat in Santa Fe when you just can't take one more CHILI. Bright and cheerful decor.
Not a large restaurant so if it's the busy season you might have to wait or make a reservation.
Great price. Go and enjoy! You won't regret it.
