My husband and I visited Santa Fe for a long weekend and on our last night in town, we dined at mucho gusto. I must say, the food was very good. Portions were ridiculously huge to the point we could not even get close to finishing. My only issue is that the restaurant had no charm whatsoever... Even if I had been out for an evening with girlfriends, I would have liked softer lighting, some decor that reflects the quality of the food, etc. Again, food was very good and if you are not looking for any kind of special atmosphere, you will not be disappointed.

The service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious. The price was right. The atmosphere was nothing special. Overall good value, good for casual dinner, but not a special night out.

Standard Mexican cuisine and preparation that are ubiquitous in Santa Fe, but Mucho Gusto is a place to visit more than once on every visit. Liberal portions, fairly priced, limited but decent wine list, and very accommodating service, as our group of nine experienced and appreciated. Located in a strip shopping center, but that also means free on-site parking.

We walked to Mucho Gusto from Ft. Marcy Suites, and were the first ones in the door at 11 am. Mucho Guston is in the back section of a tiny complex, but they do have a sign out on the main street, so you should have no trouble. Mucho Gusto is highly rated and did not disappoint. Restaurant is clean and well lit. Waitstaff was attentive and kept our soda glasses filled. Waitress pleasant and helpful. Food was delicious. Very pleasant lunch.
