The dishes fully embrace the Inn's Southwestern and native heritage and are consistently changing and adapting to reflect the freshest, most seasonal ingredients found in and around Santa Fe. The 38-seat dining room offers guests an intimate dining experience with a sophisticated design featuring leather and linen chairs complementing the natural wood tables. Al fresco dining is available on the patio. The Anasazi Bar has long been considered one of Santa Fe's most popular bars and is known for its Silver Coin margaritas and classic cocktails. The bar also features a lounge area with additional seating and a dedicated tequila table, where guests can taste the restaurant's comprehensive collection of premium tequilas, enjoy unique tequila and food pairings. The bar and lounge feature the Para Picar menu which includes small plates designed for sharing as well as casual bar fare. The Bar & Lounge offer Social Hour S-Th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm offering half priced beer and wine by the glass and our Social Bites Menu. Contact the restaurant for details on special holiday events.

We've eaten here many times and had fabulous meals with a menu that spotlights local products but uses them to prepare innovative dishes that manage to acknowledge traditional fare while adding a modern twist. So expectations are high. The service remains very good and the ambience is wonderful, but the menu is not as enjoyable as in the past. Worse, the menu doesn't actually indicate what you'll get. My salmon carpaccio wasn't even close - while expecting paper thin salmon, I actually was served chunks of salmon in a salad mix. Risotto was not exceptional, the duck quite disappointing (although I should have asked for more details about its preparation - I was relying on past experiences). Nonetheless, as noted, staff and facility are exceptional - and valet parking is free. I don't know what their theory is behind the change, but they need to go back to the exceptional fare offered in the past.

Since we were staying there we wanted to eat elsewhere so breakfast was our only meal. What a breakfast is was. Outside on the patio, no humidity and a intimate setting was perfect. The egg white frittata with hot sauce was delicious, light and satisfying without the feeling of overeating.

So I had high expectations for this restaurant. We had a reservation, but it was mostly empty on a Tuesday night. None of us were starved as we had had a large lunch. The service was fine. One had fish and chips which were good, I had duck breast which was just OK. Another had the risotto with shrimp which he said was really well prepared. The last person had the skirt steak which was prepared the way she wanted.

We did not order any desserts as they seemed somewhat unusual in the preparation and ingredients.

We stumbled onto this place last week during our first visit to Santa Fe and had our best meal at this restaurant of the entire visit! It was innovative, fresh, and wonderful in every way. The service was excellent as well.

This is a beautiful restaurant, in a beautiful hotel. Dinner was as we expected--sophisticated presentation of southwest favorites and some classics. We had a terrific waitress and service was fast and efficient, but we never felt rushed. While it is by no means inexpensive, that should not be a surprise to anyone. Extensive wine list. If you are in Santa Fe and want a bit of a fancy night out, this is a good choice.
