“Worth the visit!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2013

Visit all the art museums and compare the Spanish Colonia to Native American, etc. Fantastic experiences! Great place to visit! So much for everyone to see! Staff is always helpful! I have been here several times over the years.

“Great exhibits, knowledgeable staff”

This museum is small, but filled with art and artifacts from the beginnings of the Spanish colonial presence to the modern day. We really enjoyed our tour with docent Cheryl, who knew about everything, from history to pottery to weaving.

“delightfully educational”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 1, 2013

A nice break from the touristy stuff. Located at Museum Hill. It provides static exhibits, objects of art, clothing and artifacts from the colonial period, and educational posters, handouts and videos. It brings that period to life, and fills in gaps for those who have not closely studied the area history(myself). Our next trip we'll take in one or more of the other adjacent museums.
