Yeah, everything at Arby's is not always good. However, the double-stack Reuben (we get half turkey, half corned beef) with green chile is THE BEST sandwich in town; everything about it is perfect. I've never had better and it's big (we always split it). Order aggressively. The staff are happy to please. Also first rate is the fish sandwich, which has an excellent, crispy texture and comes with tartar sauce and fresh, crunchy lettuce, needing nothing more to be the best fast-food fish sandwich in town. The barbecue brisket sandwich is also excellent in a town that is otherwise a bit weak on barbecue. The prices almost match the tastiness of these three sandwiches and only the Reuben is big enough to share. The onion rings are very good but you only get five. They offer salads as a substitute for fries or onion rings but they are just bowls of lettuce with a few tomato pieces and shredded cheese on top. Oh, yes, the staff is the best in town, too.

Stopped here for their New York Reuben and splurged on getting the double stacked. The sandwich came on a marbled rye (not toasted) with the appropriate sauerkraut and russian dressing. Honestly, it's about 1/2 the price of a reuben at a sit-down restaurant and an extremely good and tasty sandwich especially if you are craving a reuben. Combo included curly fries and a drink. Companion had a Big Reel Fish sandwich which was also declared better than Long John Silver's and better priced as well. Free serve yourself soda refills. All food items freshly prepared. Efficient service and a clean restaurant. Just be forewarned: If you have to use the restrooms here, there are no doors and that includes the ladies room as well (companion was extremely annoyed)

We stopped in at Arby’s about 7 in the evening and bought some roast beef sandwiches, a few cherry turnovers and drinks to take back to our motel room, which was a few blocks away.

The place was clean, the service was good, the sandwiches and turnovers were hot and flavorful, and the fountain drinks, both colas, were iced cold. Perhaps it was because we were hungry that everything was just right. Or more hopefully, they just consistently make a good sandwich. Whatever the case, if I’m ever in the mood for an Arby’s Roast Beef sandwich and happen to be in Santa Fe, I won’t hesitate to come back here.

Normally Arby's has pretty good roast beef sandwiches but not at this stop. We ordered the five items for $5.55,,,,, sounded like a great deal. My husband got two of the roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. I got a ham and cheese and curly fries. We took our food and continued on our trip eating as we drove.

Our sandwiches were very dry and the roast beef tasted like lunchmeat. The ham had no flavor. The curly fries were hard and cold.

The $5.55 deal wasn't a great deal afterall. If all Arby's are going to be serving food like we had at this location, they won't get our business.
