Unbelievably tasty. Our lunch club tries different restaurants in Santa Fe every few weeks. Saw this on TripAdvisor, tried it and love it. Guisos are essentially different types of fillings for tacos, gorditas, quesadillas... We tried almost every one in some form. The sopes (sort of like a tostada) with the chicken with chiles was amazing. They also have regular tamale wrapped in corn husks and another kind in banana leaves. The ones in banana leaves are spectacular. Each of the above is 2 or 2.5 a piece. They also had enchiladas and a burger on the menu but we were too full to try those. Open 8-8. Someday I'm going to try the breakfast, that looks good too.
