Excellent sopadillas, beet salad, and guacamole. Pleasant dining room. Best part was the friendly and efficient service by Eric Gonzales. Merry Christmas, Eric!

A tad expensive, but worth the price. The walnut bread french toast is unique and very satisfying. Service is a bit slower than expected.

My friends and I ate here while on a trip to Santa Fe. We really didn't know much about the restaurant except for the fact that is a part of the Saint Francis Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the whole evening. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We ate outside in there patio area which was fabulous and the staff put in a lot of effort to make sure we were warm and comfortable, they even started a fire in the kiva for us. (Which we loved!!!) The food was very tasty. We had appetizers and ordered some wine from a great wine list. For main course I had the salmon which was outstanding. My friends really enjoyed their dinners too. We all shared an amazing chocolate dessert. What a great evening!

Service was slow and the coffee luke warm. I'd still recommend for breakfast though. Try the eggs with polenta. The polenta was amazing. Ask ahead of time which sauce is hotter...the red or greeen. You can order both as well.

As with others writing reviews, we wanted to like this place. The food wasn't bad, but its quality didn't match the price. Our dishes were all sort of bland and lacking a "pop" that we thought we would get based on the menu's descriptions. It definitely wasn't the worst meal we've had, but I wouldn't rush back. Service was attentive. Though one waiter, not ours, was wearing sunglasses atop his head, which, for the ambiance and price points, wasn't expected. I think overall, Tabla de Los Santos puts forward a beautiful dining space and an interesting menu, but doesn't deliver with the quality of their food.
