Description: Vinaigrette is a bright and modern bistro housed within a charming old adobe in historic Santa Fe. The hip restaurant specializes in creative entree salads, soups and grilled meats that utilize fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients--including produce grown on the restaurant's farm just north of town. Excellent, affordable wine list and microbrew beer on draft complement the cuisine. Open 11am to 9pm, Monday through Saturday.

I had the Cuban sandwich and it was one of the best hot sandwiches that I've ever had. The ingredients very fresh and unique. Excited to try other items on the menu....thank you!!!!

Having enjoyed Vinaigrette in Albuquerque (see review) we were looking forward to eating here. We asked to be seated outside and were handed menus and told to find a table. Inside the restaurant was very busy but there was only one other couple outside on the lovely patio. Perhaps that should have been a clue, especially when as the evening wore on no one else sat on the patio! It took at least 5 minutes before a waiter came to our table. Once he returned with our wine we asked for bread, water and a few minutes. Those few minutes turned into 10. After placing our order, my husbands soup arrived but not my app. We had to ask for napkins and silverware at that time. He had finished his soup and still no app for me. After asking a passing employee to find our waiter it took another five minutes for him to come and give us an excuse about mixed up tickets. It would have been nice to have both apps at the same time! Salads arrived soon after. Water glasses were never refilled. The soup, stuffed mushrooms and salads were all tasty but the service made the experience less than enjoyable.

This place was so close to our hotel and wonderful! Unique and creative salads! Huge servings! They just happen to also be organic too! We would have gone back again had we had time! Charming atmosphere and people! Sign is very hard to see, so call ahead for directions or ask a local before you go!

Even your partner, co-worker or friend who is not a fan of the grazing meal will enjoy the offerings here. The have super fresh home grown ingredients, mixed to order salads which are creative and invigorating. Optional meats or fish can be added to the salads, but I thought they were fine as is. The place has a good vibe about it.You can feel it when you walk in. There is outdoor seating as well as a nicely designed well lit interior with large paintings of fruit and veggies on the walls, light white bleached oak floors, simple tables and chairs. There is every assortment of savory and sweet salad, you can design your own as well from a large assortment of ingredients. This is a vegan's paradise but won't intimidate your carnivore friends. Good portions, with fresh bread and water served in canning jars. Parking is tight and its a chore to find the first time.

I always feel good about eating here. The food is fresh, local and organic whenever possible. The salad combinations are unique. I never leave disappointed. The patio is lovely in warmer months. Inside can be a bit noisy, but also adds to the vibrant atmosphere.
