Description: Vinaigrette is a bright and modern bistro housed within a charming old adobe in historic Santa Fe. The hip restaurant specializes in creative entree salads, soups and grilled meats that utilize fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients--including produce grown on the restaurant's farm just north of town. Excellent, affordable wine list and microbrew beer on draft complement the cuisine. Open 11am to 9pm, Monday through Saturday.

They have other things besides salads, but the variety of salads available is incredible. Cute little place with friendly waitstaff. Check out their menu on the internet. We're going back for a second round during out 5 nite stay

After a day in NM we were kind of over heavy food, and we needed some vegetables. My dad said to go to Vinaigrette, and it was great. I had a crunchy salad called "A-peas-ment" that had all kinds of crunchy delicious things with just the right amount of tasty herb-infused dressing. It was huge, but it was just as tasty in the last bite as the first. Also had the jasmine tea, which was delicious and served in a mason jar (get a bunch of refills, though -- it's $4). There were only two of us, and there were no smaller tables available outside so we had to sit inside, but they have a lovely patio. Inside's not too bad either -- a lot of interesting art up. Kind of hipster, but I guess that comes with vegetables. Parking is a little crazy as the restaurant is wedged between several other buildings, but we found a spot even though it was crowded, and a women outside was helping people around. Take your smallest car!

This is my favorite Santa Fe lunch spot. Creative salads, amazing wine selection, and great service. Every time a friend or family member visit I take them here :)

Vinaigrette also has a great dessert menu for your sweet tooth!!

One can always count on one of Vinaigrette's salad based on entrees. Fresh crisp lettuces under girds a rich variety of toppers. Service is cheerful, and the servers communicate that they are proud of the restaurant which grows many of its own ingredients, Wine list is small but well selected and reasonably priced. Because the whole meal is reasonably priced, one doesn't have to decide whether or not to go out to dinner.

Last week we went out with friends and sat outdoors. Could not have been more pleasant

With a mix of salad offerings and more, the serendipity atmosphere makes it a perfect lunch or light dinner meal. Relaxing with great salads. Perfect in every way.
