Description: Vinaigrette is a bright and modern bistro housed within a charming old adobe in historic Santa Fe. The hip restaurant specializes in creative entree salads, soups and grilled meats that utilize fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients--including produce grown on the restaurant's farm just north of town. Excellent, affordable wine list and microbrew beer on draft complement the cuisine. Open 11am to 9pm, Monday through Saturday.

We had lunch here with friends. It was packed even though we were having a late lunch. The salads were excellent. It was, however, quite expensive for lunch.

We were so glad to found this place, thanks to other reviews online. Went twice for lunch during our 5 day stay in Santa Fe and really would have been happy eating lunch here every day. If you like salads, this place is the best. Very original salads and each is incredibly delicious. They also serve sandwiches and soup, which looked good, but the salads are really superb. They have a nice wine list too - so enjoy! Place is a little hard to find, but be persistent. It is well worth it.

We needed to have an early light dinner and chose Vinaigrette via Trip Advisor reviews. We're very glad we did. Again as for most of Santa Fe eateries, it was bright with clean looking decor. It was not busy at first due to the time (about 5:30PM), but it was very busy by the time we left. The Arugula Duck Salad with Duck Confit over arugula with creamy goat cheese, balsamic braised pears and a hibiscus dressing was out of this world. The I Yam What I Yam (seasonal) of baby greens with pancetta, pomagranite seeds under a stack of maple glazed shoestring potatoes with a maple mustard dressing was equally mind blowing. We added a glass of Malbec to the mix and a good time was had by all. Although quite filling for us, it is a great place for lunch (try going after 1:00 when it's not as busy- so the locals say). Lunch, dinner, snack - just go and enjoy...

My title says it all -- this place has amazing, amazing fresh and flavorful salads. When your belly is full of too much green chiles, this place should be on your must-visit list. We actually almost went to the location in Albuquerque after our flight landed, but we went during the long wait of a lunch rush, so we went in Santa Fe for dinner one night. I had the pear salad and added goat cheese and it was a true foodie experience. Both me and my husband wanted to write down everything in the salads so we could replicate them at home -- it'd be hard to, since everything there is SO fresh and grown on their own farm, I don't think it could ever be as good. Do NOT miss!!

Love Vinaigrette! Simple, fantastic restaurant with a great staff. All the salads are SO yummy! My favorites are... The Beet Goes On or Eat Your Peas, either with scallops is to die for!
