Description: Vinaigrette is a bright and modern bistro housed within a charming old adobe in historic Santa Fe. The hip restaurant specializes in creative entree salads, soups and grilled meats that utilize fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients--including produce grown on the restaurant's farm just north of town. Excellent, affordable wine list and microbrew beer on draft complement the cuisine. Open 11am to 9pm, Monday through Saturday.

Very much like Vinaigrette. Have eaten there numerous times and the food is consistently good. They feature excellent salads.

The patio is a great place to sit during warm weather.

Unfortunately, the service varies from barely attentive to they “just don’t care”.

If you believe what has been written about this place, the owner grows everything served in the restaurant. In reality, the server couldn't really tell me what (if anything) had been grown by her. The delivery truck unloading produce added to my doubts, the staff was not helpful in guiding me towards organic options, they did not handle serving many people at one time well, and they were no longer offering the first two wines I tried to order off the list. It was overall a very disappointing experience.

Hard to believe that this quaint restaurant on a busy thoroughfare could be so succesful; but it's packed every day. Specialties are multiple salad choices. Yes, Salad. But plenty of other choices with daily home made desserts. Owner is bright and features foods from her garden just out of town. Prices are reasonalbe and wine list as well. A little noisy, however, but don't let that put you off. It's one of our favorites. HAR

First I thought that the name of the restaurant was totally cool. Then after walking in and looking at the menu, I knew that we made the right choice for lunch. Even the rest rooms have a great look, lol! Cool atmosphere and great food!

This was in walking distance of the casitas we were staying at and recommended by the owner. We weren't sure what we'd find as its in an off the street, tucked away location but were pleasantly surprised. Light and airy, almost cafeteria like though with a bit homier touches. Attentive wait staff although we were very turned off to hear them all joking and laughing derisively at some people who'd come in and shortly after, left, having thought they were in a different restaurant. That sort of arrogance isn't warranted. Uber fresh salads, sandwiches and soups. Very good, well prepared. The apple pie was the only miss of the evening, doughy and underseasoned.
