Description: Vinaigrette is a bright and modern bistro housed within a charming old adobe in historic Santa Fe. The hip restaurant specializes in creative entree salads, soups and grilled meats that utilize fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients--including produce grown on the restaurant's farm just north of town. Excellent, affordable wine list and microbrew beer on draft complement the cuisine. Open 11am to 9pm, Monday through Saturday.

Delicious, fresh, healthy. Something for everyone, including those Not scared to eat meat! Although the non vegan options are on the back of the menu, Reuben eaters need not be ashamed. Not only a terrific sandwich, but fabulous side salad to accompany it! Yummy, not cheap, crappy olive oil, ground pepper at each table, thank you...paired with delicious bread which is offered upon request. Casual atmosphere, clean and tidy surrounds, and reasonable prices everything is pricey in the city different, where it has to be expensive, to keep up with their higher minimum wage and astronomical housing prices. All and all delicious. Tonight, our waiter misunderstood that I WANTED my leftover side salad to go home with my 1/4 reuben wedge, and after mistakenly discarding it, brought me a nicer portion af the yummy OMEGA salad- undressed, with to go dressing on the side, knowing that it would be treasured tomorrow, not today. Friendly waiter, took responsibility, and then turned it into an opportunity to ensure that we would leave super pleased, not on a sad note! Kudos!

This small restaurant was recommended for lunch by several locals we met, so we tried it. It was a real find for us. The staff were all friendly, but our wait person (her name now escapes me) was not only good, but great fun. The salads and sandwiches we had were outstanding, as were the coffee and teas. Wine and beer were also available. I'm not sure about their hours, but for lunch, their reputation was very well reserved.

We took our vegetarian daughter here and had a lovely meal on the outside patio. The patio is charming - shaded and clean with the tables well spaced. Had great service and a delicious dinner. Not all the salads are vegetarian, but my daughter loved her beet salad which was overloaded with beautiful beets. Nice wine list, great dessert menu - we shared an apple/ice cream delight - it was plenty for the three of us. Hard to find parking, and the salads were a tiny bit on the pricey side, but very worth it.

love this place, nice day and we enjoyed the outside patio. it's a little hard to find as it's tucked behind another building on the east side across the street from Motel 6. look for the green vinaigrette food truck out front. we look for raw food places in every city we frequent (San Fran, NYC, Dallas, Austin, Boulder) this is one of the best, if not the best. They do have meat, we had duck and scallops that were excellent. Also the price is a little better value for the quality than the over hyped tourist eateries in the city. also see our review on Body if you like this healthy food.
