“Wonderful time”
Reviewed April 29, 2014 via mobile

Just attended 2 classes in one day. One on southwest cooking and the second on cooking with red chili peppers. Both were excellent. It was fun and I learned so much! Chefs teaching the classes were excellent. Great location and very comfortable set up.

“Don't Golf? Why Not Cook!”
Reviewed April 24, 2014

This is such a great way to spend two or three hours of your vacation and it ends in a great meal. This is my second visit to Santa Fe Cooking School. First time we did the Farmer's Market Class and this time the Southwest Contemporary. Both good, but Farmer's Market is more fun. Either way, well worth the $85.00 fee, you learn some good tips, meet great people and eat well!

“Great, unique Local Attraction”
Reviewed April 20, 2014

I finally decided to try this & signed my boyfriend and & I up for the Salsa 1 class. It was 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. He was (at first) reluctant - but being a good sport, came along. Both of us enjoyed this so much we want to come back for more! This is a great, unique experience that is oh so "Santa Fe". No where else in the world will you learn so much about the unique chiles that contribute to the amazing food this town has to offer. A GREAT way to round off a weekend or vacation trip here.

The facility is absolutely first-class.

The instructors - top notch, very knowledgeable & (in our case, Michelle) was a great presenter. I learned a lot about using tools & the food itself. It was fun!

This is a great activity for individuals, couples or a family. It is walking distance from any hotel near the Plaza. You can also drive - they have parking, which is rare luxury in Santa Fe. We took a regular class, but these folks can customize anything you want for whatever event you choose.

I'll be coming back with girlfriends, family & whoever else I can round up for a good time.

You learn, have fun & can eat what you produce - what more can you ask for?

“A Great Experience”
Reviewed April 17, 2014

Our company had a meeting in the Santa Fe area and one of our activities was attending a cooking class and dinner at this cooking school. The evening was spectacular! There were 60+ of us. We were each assigned a group that was responsible for making a course for dinner. We had a chef that worked with each group instructing us how to make our course. The chef was knowledge, fun, and made sure all of our questions were answered. And the food was fabulous! I would recommend this activity when visiting this area.

“Amazing Experience”
Reviewed April 14, 2014

My company had our company meeting at Bishops Lodge and while we were here, we took part in this amazing experience. We were a group of around 50+ people. They divided us into 4 groups and each group had its own chef. We prepared our own Salsa, Mango salsa, Empanadas, Enchiladas & Tamales. Then we had a delightful meal of our preparing. Some food was prepared for us by the chefs, but we all went away with an amazing story to tell.
