While this ski lodge is set up for day skiing only, the people made it a truly great experience. Every person I encountered from rental, to lessons, to concessions, to lift operators, to ski patrol, everyone was helpful, courteous, knowledgable and had more patience than I would have given the number of questions they must hear over and over. The conditions were good, but the operations were great. Great for new skiers and first timers, but also has runs for the more experienced. Easy drive up from Santa Fe.

We come to Ski Santa Fe almost every year. Our party includes a preschooler, an expert skier, a septuagenarian, and all levels and ages in between. Ski Santa Fe offers fun and action for all. The toddler loves The Chipmunks program with its ski lessons. The septuagenarian loves in coffee shop for breaks between runs and the rest of the crew loves the action and the many varied ski runs.

And when we need a break between ski days the city of Santa Fe and the general area offer all the variety we need.

We'll keep coming back.

Went in early March. I thought it was wonderful. The runs are great for an average skier. The lines were not bad even though it was spring break. The snow was great. It is a beautiful setting. Did I mention it was Wonderful?

Love everything but the drive up and down the mountain - a little scary when icy but we are flat-landers and don't drive much mountain terrain.

I live in Bozeman, where you can ski a similarly-sized mountain for $30 less on much better snow, so I am biased. I thought the $79 lift ticket was a little steep, particularly for the size of the mountain (7 lifts, none high speed) and quality of the snow (base is typically approx 40 inches).
