“A beautiful church”
Reviewed July 22, 2012

The best of the 3 churches in Santa Fe. Modest, but beautiful. A "must see" if you love churches.

“Nice Mission”
Reviewed July 10, 2012

We weren't able to go inside because it was closed but the structure of the building was nice and they had a picture posted on the mission door showing the inside of the church. It's right up the street from the Loretto Chapel and close to all the shops downtown

“MISSION IMPOSSIBLE IN SAN MIGUEL?”
Reviewed July 8, 2012

We quickly toured this Church on our way to the Loretto Chapel and the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi . It is located a the corner of the busy Old Santa Fe Trail and E. De Vargas Street so finding a parking space was tough.

Compared to more than 20 Mission Churches which we had visited in California, this Mission Church is average. We admired the sanctuary, some paintings and the bell.

“Oldest Church in America ?!”
Reviewed June 22, 2012

I had absolutely NO idea that the oldest church in America (where services have continued uninterrupted) is in Santa Fe -- dating to 1610 -- 10 years before the Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock!! Absolutely beautiful -- artwork that must be seen to be appreciated -- make sure to ring the huge bell at the back of the church!

“Interesting”
Reviewed June 20, 2012

After 3 tries to enter, the times were rather loose, it was interesting. The Ceiling Rigas were the best part of this. Very old, and obviously well taken care of; Loved by the volunteers
