Stayed at the Anasazi for a week, after arriving in Santa Fe and let down by another hotel we had booked. We just called into the reception with the hope that we could be accommodated. Samuel who was on the desk, was more than obliging, and made us feel better.
The room was perfect, extremely comfortable bed, everything spotless, and great service. The little touches like the turndown service and the radio switched on, bottles of water and coffee and cookies in the room made that little special difference.
We used the restaurant a couple of times, once for dinner in the evening, and once for breakfast. The preparation of the food was all well executed. We wished we had eaten a few more times in the hotel.
All the staff were great, and very helpful. Will definitely stay there if in Santa Fe again.
