Was OK for 2 nights. Breakfast needs to be revised, or have more people to supervise it. Paint needs to be fresh-up in the rooms.

first the cons, the room was musty when we walked into the room so the AC was turned down to take care of that, the WIFI signal would go out and we would have to re connect to the wifi. Hair Dryer would blow the circuit and would have to be re set. Pros: the room was clean, breakfast was ok and there was cold water available by the front desk

Pray you don't need the room phone to call 911 because it does not work. Neither does the t.v. or the WiFi. Take a look back at some of the reviews from months and years ago and you will see that others also complained that the phones, t.v.s and WiFi didn't work. THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED IT ANY OF THESE. I don't know but I have a suspicion that the phones, WiFi and T.v.s are NEVER working here. There was a cordless phone sitting on a chair at the end of the LONG hall way I am not sure why it was there. The lady from India at the desk said the phones were out because it rained the day before. Does she seriously think people will believe that lie? The shower & commode didn't work well. We were told check out would be at 12:00. At 9 am the housekeeping was already pounding on our door. There were no don't disturb signs. At 11:00 they pounded again and told us that check out was 11:00. Also there was a strong ammonia smell that started about 1 am. Smelled like strong cat urine. I had not noticed it prior to this. I was concerned about meth being cooked. Blankets were old and very thin. The light from the hall shinned through the bottom of door all night because door doesn't fit correctly. The carpet looked and felt nasty. There was a pubic hair on the commode seat and some in the bottom of bath tub. We didn't want to dare try their breakfast for fear of getting sick. Walls are paper thin. You can easily hear your neighbors and anything in the hall. They charged us over $90 for this dump. Had we not been exhausted we surely would have left.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this Super 8. Compared to others the value was excellent- low prices by booking in advance, all rooms with an inside entrance, good breakfast, nice lobby. As others mentioned the carpets are in desperate need of replacement. I did need to wear my shoes inside the room or risk getting black feet! However, the rest of the room was surprisingly well maintained and cleaned. I stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping came by each day to clean, including vacuuming. The front desk staff is friendly, however not always informed about ongoing promotions, etc. for frequent travelers. As also mentioned by others the doors are very loud when they close and when combined with the laminate flooring in the hallway (which looks very nice) makes it really loud inside the room. While I was there this wasn't a problem after around 10 p.m., although you can definitely hear the waffle maker timer going off as soon as the breakfast area opens!

Pros: price, clean rooms
Cons: wifi and phones were out so I couldn't get a wake up call plus there were no room clocks.

BL: I would definitely stay here again. My guess is the wifi/phone issue was due to area storms and not a regular occurrence.
