Stayed here for 1 night for our anniversary. The house is very nice and well kept. The rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy. The trip was somewhat an unexpected expense as we just came back from Mexico so we opted for the cheapest room available. The room was still very nice and it was all the space we needed as we were only there for one night. We did peek into the larger rooms with the private balcony and will definitely book those rooms for next time.

The cookies upon arrival were excellent and I appreciated the free little extras Shaun provided. The chocolate dipped strawberries in our room was a very nice touch. The complimentary drinks in the mini fridge was well received by my partner.

Breakfast was tasty. The only negative thing I can say is that we would have preferred to have breakfast at a separate table and not have to dine with the other guests in a common table. This is not really a complaint, however, as there are many people who would enjoy dining with the other guests and get to meet new people. My partner is more of a private person and would have preferred to have our own table. I didn't mind either way. Other than that small bit, I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone.

Trumpeter Inn was everything we wanted in a Bed and Breakfast experience. Close enough to all activities, yet secluded and peaceful. A wonderful night's rest with a terrific breakfast in the morning. The room was cosy with an undated bathroom.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Camomile room. We loved the roomy shower.

Our 3 day stay included a wonderful breakfast each morning with snacks and award winning cooking available all day long. The owner and staff are very cordial and pay attention to all the little details that help you feel relaxed and comfortable. The well groomed spacious property greets you with well cared for flower gardens and the ponds on the property and nearby farm animals provide a cozy and inviting setting.

The Trumpeter Inn was a great place to stay! My husband and I stayed for 2 nights while on a road trip and really enjoyed ourselves. The property is beautiful and the hosts are extremely gracious, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely come back here again and recommend it to friends and family. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the fresh baked cookies are top notch.

Such a beautiful B&B! We just spent our honeymoon there and were welcomed so warmly by hosts and staff. They think of everything that would make for a more comfortable stay: from gourmet breakfasts and daily fresh-baked cookies to hot tub and picnic baskets. There are even friendly dogs on the premises eager to play. Such warm hospitality and a beautiful setting-a true getaway. We found it was helpful to have a car or bicycle because the location is bit of walk from the town center.

The Trumpeter Inn was even better than my husband & I expected. Not only is the whole place well-decorated and comfortable, but each day brings warm cookies! It has a beautiful view, and a perfect garden to relax in. I especially liked that the kitchen was totally available for guests to use to get snacks, or make our lunches before a day of adventures.

Our stay at the Trumpeter Inn was fantastic. Great hostess, accommodations were perfect and the breakfast was a gourmet treat. Everyday was a joy. The location is right outside of town in a quiet area. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here!!!!
