I was surprised to read the previous review of Pablito's - our experience was so different! We had lunch there in April and really enjoyed the food and the free-spirited approach to creative combinations in a "Mexican" format of tacos, empanadas, etc. The day we were there the special was pork adobo, not Mexican but delicious. Who would think of a rhubarb-based salsa for the tacos? But it was very good. Portions were not of the "stuff-yourself-with-all-you-can-eat" variety, but were sufficient for us, and we liked the local/organic sourcing, as well as the food.
Certainly not traditional Tex-Mex, but worth a try for the more adventurous.
