So far, this "full service" hotel has been very disappointing. The best part about it is the location. The parking is $25/day (For Guests! $33/Day if you Valet!!!). We were not allowed to use a cart to move our bags to our room. We had to call down for several items that are supposed to be in the room (Hair Dryer?!?!). Service has been anything but hospitable. The "Refreshment Center" is PACKED with high priced treats that I can easily purchase at the CVS next door to the hotel for half the price. The Refreshment Center is basically a refrigeration that is packed so full of junk that there is no room for me to place my leftovers from dinner. A hotel is supposed to be a "home away from home." I have not felt very guest-like since we arrived yesterday.
Don't even get me started on the Wi-Fi. Lucky to have my Clear Card. Take that Hyatt! We're scheduled to be here two more nights and back again in two weeks. I think we'll see what the Marriott has to offer before coming back here again.More
