Description: Dough Pizzeria Napoletana is an authentic Neapolitan Pizzeria featuring two ovens that cook your pizza at 900 degrees + in 90 seconds! We make our own fresh Mozzarella daily. We source as many of our products as possible from local farmers and import most items from Italy. We offer patio seating, inside dining room seating and seating around our pizza bar and wine bar. Our coffee, Kimbo Coffee, is imported from Naples, Italy. We offer an all-Italian wine list and craft beers. Our menu changes seasonally to make sure we are offering the freshest, in season products as possible. Dough Pizzeria Napoletana San Antonio is located less than 10 minutes from the San Antonio International Airport-convenient for both business and pleasure travelers. We are also located in Plano, Texas and are working on our newest location, in Downtown/Southtown area of San Antonio, walking distance from both the Riverwalk and the Henry B. Gonzalez convention center-due to open in January 2018!

Top notch from the start! Apps are wonderful! Great cheeses! Salads, Pizza, wines you cannot go wrong. Go early or be ready to wait though. But well worth the wait.

As the title suggests, this isn't your franchise pizza place, nor is it NY or Chicago style.

It's a small place, expect to wait. We walked in, put our names down and were told it would be a 25-30 minute wait...they ask for your phone number and you will receive a text message letting you know when your table is ready. I read in several reviews that there isn't anywhere to wiat...it's a shopping center, not sure what more you can ask for or wait in your vehicle, or one of the benches they have with the bar outside. Not sure why people expect to be entertained while they wait. Try conversation with your party. Needless to say, we were seated in 15 minutes outside.

It was a little chilly, but they had patio heaters and ponchos at each seat, which added to the experience. Our waitress was very friendly and I really felt like I was back in Europe, we were able to enjoy our appetizer without being rushed to eat our food quickly. It only takes a few minutes to make the pizza so the waitress was very attentive to when we finished our appetizer. Again people complained about how long their food takes, I say enjoy the company your with or go for fast food if your in a hurry! We had two pizzas which was plenty for a family of four and dessert was delicioius. We will come here again, I strongly belive you get what you pay for and this was worth it! This reminded me of a vineyard I visited long ago (minus the shopping mall and traffic! :)) sitting outside enjoying the cool air, wonderful food, great service and great company!

After a trip to Italy and eating true Napoli pizza in Nov 2011, I had to see if they compare. Great crust, great sauce and fun urban toppings! I loved the simplicity of a Naples' pizza and Dough didn't ruin the staples of dough, sauce and cheese when they added their toppings!

We were six in our party, went there after a bicycle ride of two and a half hours along The San Antonio river visiting the Misions, so we were extremely hungry. We had the Pork and Posciutto Pizzas, Antipasti sampler, Caprese Salad and the homemade cheese and bread, some Italian red wine and beer. Everything was terrific and very taste with the Italian peppers.

The check was a little bit expensive and they charged 20% service charge for the size of our party but was worth every penny, we will go again next week. 100% recommended.

My kiddos loved this place. They made their own pizza, their little hands pressed out the dough. The outdoor seating was great even for cold weather they had outdoor heaters and blankets which made it really cozy. As for us three adults we ordered our appetizers which was flat bread and Nonna's Salad. Our awesome pizza which had oozing cheesing was the Margherita and a pizza which had bacon. It is the BEST pizza we have ever eaten! Although its a bit pricey it is worth it! Next time we visit San Antonio we're visiting this place again!
