The bunch at the front desk lacks any customer service skills. The person that checked me in acted like it was a huge bother. The one that was there the next morning was not any better. Granted I am only Silver Elite but usually I am greeted and thanked for choosing Marriott. I was looking for coffee the next morning and was informed there was no coffee in lobby, I had to pay for any and all coffee. The female at the desk was really hateful about it. I was checking out so I just said no thanks and left. There was no thank you for staying just attitude.
The bed was not as comfortable as other Marriott's I have stayed at lately and the towels left a lot to be desired. This Courtyard was not at the standards that others. Three of the last 4 weeks I was staying at another Courtyard in San Antonio and it was hands down a nicer place. The people at the front desk was wonderful. This Courtyard should take a lesson from them.More
