The pizza is excellent here. The sandwich menu has a number of ethnically diverse and healthy choices. Soups are wholesome. Lots of locals frequent the cafe regularly due to its consistent quality. The only reason it didn't get a perfect score is the ambiance....pretty skeletal and rough. Don't let that discourage you fro enjoying a great lunch there.

The atmosphere was just a neighborhood hangout. BUT the sandwiches we had were out of this world! What a great find.

What a neat, eclectic place to dine! Very trendy, not that we look for that type of fare, but it is such a nice, laid back atmosphere. The food is wonderful and we so enjoy the scenery. We knew this was a hit, when we saw all of the locals dining there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Vegan selections are available. The desserts are great!

This is a quirky place that you would expect in Austin more than San Antonio.

The Sandwiches here are some of the best I have ever had period! The flavors merge together perfectly are on toasted home-made buns.

There are several choices including many that carry heat. If you are en aficionado of Ghost Peppers, you can get your fix here.

I wasn't in the mood for spicy, and found much to choose from anyway.

The cafe itself seems to pride itself on looking bare bones. Given that, the huge oversized cat staring down grows on you.
