This restaurant is just another of the hundreds of choices you have at the riverwalk. Inside, it’s shoulder to shoulder – not much room to walk between tables. What’s interesting is how the menu mixes regular American items with Mexican flavors. We were not that hungry, but Antwain was quick to bring the chips and different salsas which he kept stocked. My Chivas was reasonably priced at $7.50 and was wife’s huge beer rita, for $15.00, was and event unto itself. The frozen margarita with the mini beer stuck into the drink was also an ingenious twist by the server. We ordered the Fiesta Chicken Sandwich (grilled with Pico de Gallo, Monterrey Jack and guacamole) and the Texas Shuffle (beef enchiladas with chile gravy served with rice and beans). We waited at least 30 minutes for our food. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. The Texas brownie and flan were just perfect endings. I must commend Antwain – His upbeat attitude and outgoing personality made this stop memorable.
