The food was way over priced for what you get. Even taking into account the atmosphere the food was below average... Not authentic at all. I expected much better! Stay away from this place...I ordered the chimichanga and the cheese on top looked like velveta, the rice was dry. The chips tastes like Costco chips. Salsa was good.

“Good service/Bad food”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

We ate here on a Friday night. We sat on the patio. Our server did a nice job, but the food was not very good. I had a bean/cheese burrito-hard to go wrong with-but it was not great. My husband had a chicken fajita burrito-he said it was ok. This seems to be a tourist trap restaurant-get people in for a meal and don't worry if they will come back.

“Good Food”

Good Food. Fast Service. Have taken visitors here several times when they were in town. Easy walking distance from popular hotels.

“Great Drinks!”
Reviewed November 15, 2012

Food was ok, but the drinks were fantastic! Ordered the giant margarita with the beer and several other drinks, memory is a little foggy after that first one! Service was excellent; they were understaffed and very busy on a weekend night and Jose (?) was great. Wish I could remember his name-but he was a skinny, young guy with a very bubbly personality! Great kid!

On Oct. 28, 2012: Sunday::: Located on River Walk in San Antonio, TX. Looks great, but misses in many instances. I felt like Sunday night was leftover night. Much of the food was dry - rice, flautas, other.
Margaritas at a Mexican Restaurant need to be outstanding when you pay $ 12.00 for a margarita.
Theses were basic. With so much competition in San Antonio with Mexican cuisine, you better be great - every night.
