We had an awesome experience at Boudro's. The Prickly Pear Margarita was really good, and the guacamole (made table-side) was excellent! For the main course we both had quail, and were RAVING about how tasty it was. This was definitely our favorite place we ate at in San Antonio. It's so much better than all of the other places we ate on the RiverWalk.

very good fresh food. Service relaxed and attentive without being obtrusive. Very extensive menu of meat and fish dishes. Margueritas not the best I've had, but good wine list at moderate prices made up for it. Don't miss the fresh guacamole!

I am mixed on my feelings about this restaurant. The food style was definaetly not for me. That being said, eating outside on the Riverwalk made the atmosphere great but the tables were so close together the staff had a hard time getting around. The drink menu was great. I tried the prickly pear which is a specialty and it was delicious! We started with one server who made it obvious that he was too overwhelmed and needed to rush. Then we had a second server jump in to help who was fabulous!! Prices on the other hand seemed extremely high considering the quality of the menu items. Again, I have mixed feelings as this restaurant has it's pros and cons but overall I'd say there are much better options

Guacamole at table side was good. We smashed ours after he left. They just cut their avocados. Great scenic location. Chicken enchiladas were great as was the black and white soup!

We were a large group so they served us in the Vault which is an old bank. It was beautiful. The gauc was yummy, made fresh in front if you and the secret is orange juice. Servings are petite yet you leave fully satisfied. If you are hungry for Mexican you should definitely try it.
