Our vacation began with a 5 course dinner at Las Canarias and it was the perfect start. We were greeted by the head waiter Brahim and his assistant Martha. They took care of us the entire evening and made us feel truly special. It was obvious that they love their work. Our culinary journey included quail, caviar, and venison. My husband is a very picky eater but didn't leave a morsel on his plate. The highlight came when the pastry chef, Liz, appeared with chocolate cake, gold flakes and ganache. I truly believe she should appear as a contestant on Top Chef!
