San Antonio is not noted for their pizza and it's one of the things I miss from back East. This pizza was a thicker crust but not too doughy and seasoned just right. The pepperoni is the small circles that curl up when toasted just right. It did have a fair amount of grease from the pepperoni but that's normal. I love the seasoning you can get on the crust. No need to toss the bones (pizza crust) when they have seasoning on it.
