We loved the oyster sliders and the scallop entree was excellent however the whole Branzino, which had mild moist white meat was poorly deboned at the table and lacked flavor. The key lime pie was misnamed, really a tart which was delicious once the enormous amount of marshmallowy sweet meringue was removed. The apple pie dessert was more like a turnover and, while flavorful a bit heavy on crust. I would certainly dine there again despite some of my comments, just be careful what I chose!

An outstanding evening. Everything was all we could ask for; service, ambiance, food. We really enjoyed everything about this experience. Will be recommending Bliss to anyone going to San Antonio.

The food was very good, we had the vegetarian enchilada and the lamb, both very very fresh and tasty.

Excellent service, our parties arrived at different times, however, the hostess seated us immediately upon our arrival at the reserved table and allowed the party to fill in as they arrived, rather than waiting for the seating of the full party. The wine list was impressive and my chardonnay was a blissfully paired with the scallops. The scallops were delicious as were the accompanying sides. Our server was never out of our eye or voice range. It was an expensive meal for my moderate budget, but well worth every penny. Can't wait for the next special occasion to return!

Our evening at Bliss was outstanding. Service, menu and the food were all 5 stars. We had multiple appetizers and four different entrees. All were excellent. Particularly liked the roasted bone marrow with steak tartare. The Branzino was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Scollops were also sweet and tender. Nice wine list. Need to put this restaurant at the top of your list when in San Antonio.
