The club has two areas, the basement where they have live death metal music and the crowd that likes that kind of music in the basement, along with a stage upstairs used for different events.
I have seen many shows there, upstairs, and you can never understand the MC because the place is so loud. Lots of concrete and glass for the sound to reverberate onto and become garbled.
The stage lighting is almost non existent so you can hardly see the acts when they step out of the stationary spot light, even if you are up close.
They had some sound baffles up last month, which began to improve the sound, but they are gone now and everything that is amplifies is very fuzzy and unclear.
I am writing this review in hopes that the owners of the venue make improvements for the sake of the performers who grace their stage. It is quite frustrating to go to an event that is well programmed only to hear horrible sound and see terrible lighting.
They also have enough room for a few hundred people but only 4 places to sit. What's up with that? Where should I place my drink?
The artists who take part in a show there can never give the audience their best because it is impossible with such little attention paid to the space. And the audience can never really enjoy the show because the venue fails on these details mentioned.
I will remove this review or update it if there are any improvements on the sound, light, or furniture front.
