When we arrived we were tired, stressed and hungry. We were greeted by the front desk staff lady named Estella. She was inviting and friendly, and directed us to the cold beer on tap in the lobby, and helped us to find a restaurant nearby. On the downside, our room was extremely small. We were disappointed that there was no coffee maker in our room. We failed to notice that detail when we booked through hotwire, but assumed we would have one as almost all hotels we have ever stayed at have in-room coffee makers. Not this one. No microwave or frig either. The pool water was too cold to enjoy swimming, and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. The hotel was clean, and the laundry facilities were very convenient. The computer in the lobby for guest use was also a plus. I must reiterate how friendly and truly helpful the staff were. Everyone from the maintenance man to the housekeepers always had a warm smile and went out of their way to accomodate us. I would stay here again, but would book a suite the next time.
