“Well worth your time and money.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 1, 2013

I will start off by saying that I agree with some recent posters that mention the slick, steep walking conditions. Wear shoes with good traction, take your time, and use the handrails when needed and you will be fine. I think children will have no problems, but yes the elderly or someone with limited physical abilities could find this challenging. We have been in many caves, but the size of some of the formations here were like nothing we had seen before. Our guide gave us some history and additional information, was not overly enthusiastic, but more importantly, didn't rush us at all. We really enjoyed our visit.

“Loved the cavern but not the tour guide”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2013

We saw this place in a pamphlet at our hotel so we thought we'd give it a try. Having no idea what we got ourselves into it turned out to be an amazingly beautiful place! Well worth the time price etc. A caution though, it is steep in places and wet so wear good walking shoes for sure. Also someone brought a small flashlight and it was really cool to see into some of the nooks and crannies.

On the down side, our tour guide was young, unentergetic and we told her on mulitiple occasions that we couldn't hear her and she was talking too fast but she never corrected the situation. I think if there were smaller groups going through that would have helped the situation as well. But don't let that deter you....it's an amazing place and as my son said, "went 200 feet below the earth's crust today...you can't say that everyday!" So if you get the chance go and see it!

I just wanted to thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am glad you enjoyed seeing the caverns, but am sorry that the tour guide did not do a good job with her presentation. We do expect our guides to be outgoing and friendly as well as informative and the experience you had has been addressed with our tour guide staff. I do hope you will visit us again if you are ever back in the area. Thank you, Erin

“Had a great time.”

The caves were amazing. Many many amazing formations, it was beautiful! Highly recommend the caves. It does get a bit steep walking and it gets humid, so make sure you're in
(at least) average shape.

The only negative are the employees. It seems like the place is run by high schoolers.

“What a great tour!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 26, 2013

I had several people visiting from out of town and we decided to check out Natural Bridge Caverns for the day. We did the discovery tour which took about and hour and a half. The tour guide was great and the cave was quite fascinating. We then went and checked out the Wild life park and had a blast. We have some great pictures with a zebra head IN MY CAR :)

“We've seen lots of great caves, and these are too!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

We took both the Discovery Tour and the Hidden Passages Tour, at $30 pp (adult) total, and they were well worth it.

We had a different guide for each tour, and both were well-informed and interesting. Both tours moved at an appropriate pace, allowing plenty of time for observation, photos and ascending the stairs. The Hidden Passages Tour was a smaller crowd, so that was nice.
