If you are looking for a quick bite, as in less than an hour, I would suggest another restaurant. If you are dining with people who will be late to their own funeral - find another restaurant. I ate there with 8-9 work associates. The restaurant will NOT seat you unless the entire party is present - ignore the fact that you may want to order lots of appetizers while you wait. I heard a couple of small groups 3 or 4 complain that they couldn't be seated until the last person arrived.

Once we were seated, it took an hour until the appetizers came out (I timed it). I was a little disappointed that our waiter did not provide more guidance on exactly how much we were ordering - several people commented that they should have just cancelled their entree orders given the amount and size of the appetizers we ordered.

Overall the meal was delicious and everyone in our party enjoyed what they ordered. If you are a foodie, I believe you would like this restaurant and the availability of specialty dishes - i.e. exotic meats, cheeses, etc. About 2.5 hours after we were seated, we were paying the bill and leaving...

Date night here with hub, perfect place for couples! Reservations recommended, small but quaint with an outdoor seating area. Started out with the bread platter, yum. We ordered the clams and linguine pasta dish and baked chicken. The chicken was perfectly seasoned served with potatoes and vegetables. Service with outstanding, our water was constantly refilled.
Must eat in the Pearl!!

Just fabulous. Last visit was lunch and you can get lost in the food and environment and feel like you are in Italy. Set aside some time to do this right.

Please, do not go to this restaurants. Although all advertising mentioned that it is an excellent place, the service is terrible. The waiter was so rude and ignorant, as well as complete lazy.
We were celebrating something very special with our daughter, and unfortunately it was a complete waist of time and money. We are very disappointed.
The worst service that we have ever had.

This place is a hit or miss on service. Service is not consistently good. Some times waiting staff and host lack attention to detail and friendliness. On a few occasions I have had great service. It's a pity that the food is good but lacks on the customer service
