Description: Zocca offers contemporary Italian cuisine, fine wine, and cocktails at one of the most scenic spots on San Antonio’s renowned Riverwalk, where towering cypress trees shade the restaurant’s riverside patio. Zocca’s casually elegant interior of burnished copper, rich wood, and handsome onyx panels creates a relaxed, welcoming ambiance. The culinary artists in Zocca’s kitchen bring a contemporary spin to traditional Old World flavors, focusing on locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients to create delectable and memorable dishes. Zocca’s private dining options can accommodate from 10 guests to 100, in an al fresco patio setting to the convivial Chef’s Table to buy-out of the entire restaurant.

I am normally not too big of a fan of Italian Cuisine. I ordered the Pappardelle which was superb. The Pappardelle is lump crab, shaved asparagus, parmigiano, lemon, and cream sauce. The noodles were light and tender and the combination of the ingredients worked very well together.

Very Romantic outside. Remember you're there for part of the atmosphere. Food average, but an amazing evening with my hubby. Might return. Undecided when other places to eat on the River Walk.

This is a very nice restaurant right in the Riverwalk were you can enjoy your food with a beautiful scenery of the river it self. The gluten free pizza was delicious, the latin waiter was very nice.

Zocca is the only restaurant at the Westin Riverwalk. It is located at the Riverwalk level, and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoors looks nice, especially during the cooler months, but be aware of the pigeons circling your table at all times. The food is good, mostly basic Italian fare, well-prepared, but without surprises. Prices are reasonable, especially for hotel restaurants. Service is friendly, not sophisticated.
This also serves as the breakfast place. There is a basic breakfast menu every day, including scrambled eggs, fruit, bacon, sausage and cereals. No bread is available, unless you consider Mrs. Beard's slices bread (I don't!). You will do better ordering a la carte. The Eggs Benedict and the omelet are well-prepared and superior to the buffet. The orange juice is fresh and delicious. The coffee is probably Starbucks, therefore OK, but not great.
