We spent one night here on a girls weekend of shopping. I was worried at first when we checked in and there was a large school group there, but no worries. The rooms were large and quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. We checked in ten minutes before the complimentary evening food and drinks were ending so I can't comment on them. The breakfast was a wide variety buffet with everything from waffles to biscuits, gravy, sausage etc. It was very good. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom a nice size. I look forward to staying again.

Having traveled to Six Flags Fiesta Texas (San Antonio) and UTSA several times this year, it was always a sight to see the hotel with a parking garage on the corner. We decided that with this trip to SA, we'd stay there.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Check in took less than a minute. Room was nice and clean. Complimentary drinks and snacks each afternoon and breakfast in the morning.

This is our place to stay in NW San Antonio from now on.

Room Tip: If you have kids, you can get the King Suite, which has a door between the bedroom and living room...

Rooms were clean and comfortable, loved the secured parking with access to rooms.
Wish there was more variety at the 5pm buffet, but for extras it was ok.

Every time my family looks for a hotel, we always compare the amenities when it comes to bringing your pet along. This is the only hotel chain that welcomes your pet without any extra charge. They don't even ask for a pet deposit like others would. My pet yorkie enjoys his stay as much as my kids did. If you have a pet and would like a clean, comfortable place to stay- i wouldn't try the other chain. We already book for next weekend. We like to do a mini-get away every weekend and this place is now our home away from home. We love the location - close to everything. We will try the new restaurant close by - Cheddars- I heard they are good and priced reasonably. Customer service is awesome. We asked for more towels since we used ours when we swam- they brought it up within 5 minutes! By the way, if you will swim, you don't need ti bring your own towel- it's provided. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi - kids love it- no restrictions.
I just hope they have more toiletries - they only provide you with shampoo and soaps- no lotion or hair conditioner. Just bring your own.

We love the Drury and stay whenever there is one available on our route. This particular Drury is fairly new and we were glad for a comfortable, familiar hotel to stay for the night since we had just finished cleaning our rental home in order to move across the country. Everything was great upon check in and the food and drinks were awesome. We had two issues at this location. One was that I had stopped by the front desk around 7 to ask for a rollaway bed for our daughter upon realizing the room was big enough for one. At 10pm, when we were getting really tired, we still didn't have a rollaway. We called the front desk and they said that they would check the availability and bring one up if they had it. Well, they finally arrived at 11pm, an hour later, with the bed. We had fallen asleep with our daughter between us by this time and had to bring the bed in and set it up feeling groggy. No apology was offered. The other issue was that we had no remote in our room for the T.V.; however, that was resolved within a few minutes when someone from the desk brought one up. We also had an issue with someone from a higher floor throwing dirty baby diapers onto the balcony attached to our room. While this isn't the hotel's fault, I felt they should have been a little more concerned and investigated it when I told them about it. Overall a good stay, just need to work out a few kinks to compare to other Drury locations.

Room Tip: Be sure to ask for a room with a view; otherwise, you will be facing the highway. The noise level w...

Very nice hotel. We stayed on the 11th floor and had a very nice room. The hotel is very new which you can tell, everything is nice and clean. The free food at 5:30 and the breakfast were pretty good, you just can't beat free! Also the fact that there is a parking garage in the hotel is a very nice touch, didn't have to worry about your car since you must have a room key to enter the garage so you feel very secure, not to mention not having a hot car to get into. I can't say much about the pool, it was indoors but always pretty busy. We also never went on the veranda but it looked nice.
The employees were all very nice. From the check-in to housekeeping to the people serving the food at the kickback, everyone seemed to really want to help and were very friendly.
The location is good for Fiesta Texas and Seaworld, both are about 15 minutes away. Also The Shops at La Cantera is a pretty cool outdoor mall. There is also a Red Lobster, Olive Garden, and some sort of Steakhouse just a minute from the hotel.
Also free internet is awesome! Had a great time!
