There was a broad and appetizing selection at the salad bar, but as with all churrascaria one can suspect that with an all-in price they are encouraging customers to fill up on the (cheaper) salad instead of the (expensive) meat. Fair enough, its a free world, just bear it in mind. The meat was delicious and each time the waiter came by (and they were always watching out for the moment you flipped the card from red to green) there was a choice of how well you wanted the meat cooked. You will be reminded of the garlic beef the following morning, but it tasted great at the time. Middle of the week and plenty of families eating there so clearly popular.
